These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and a9play ("a9play", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the a9play.bid website, its subdomains, and all associated services including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, and the rewards programme.

If age verification reveals that a Member is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned minus any winnings generated. 2.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual person may maintain only one registered account on a9play. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through any other means — is a material breach of these Terms. a9play reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate all balances and winnings associated with such accounts without prior notice.
2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. a9play is entitled to refuse service, close your account, or withhold funds where it has reason to believe that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of a9play is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing a9play, you represent and warrant that you are doing so in compliance with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9play login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. a9play will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a9play's customer support team immediately via the 24/7 Live Chat service. a9play reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). a9play operates Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with its obligations under international gaming authority requirements. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in your withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Methods. a9play accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian members: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). a9play does not accept deposits from third parties.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your account. These minimums may be updated from time to time; the current limits displayed at the time of your transaction apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your a9play account by the same account holder. If bonus funds are present in your account, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of the associated bonus-linked funds is permitted.
4.4 Processing Times. a9play endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval for standard members and within 15 minutes for VIP Gold tier members and above. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is outstanding.
4.5 Transaction Fees. a9play does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed on the cashier page prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers made available to a9play members are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request including those funds may be processed. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and represent the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. a9play operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds ("arbitrage"), withdrawing bonus-linked funds through manipulated wagering patterns, and any other conduct that a9play reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to exploit its promotional offers. a9play reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend the accounts of members found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Modification or Cancellation. a9play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be altered retroactively to the detriment of a member who has already met the qualifying conditions.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games available on a9play are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the verified theoretical return over statistically significant game rounds.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, a9play will attempt to resolve the matter fairly. Where a definitive game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault, a9play reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account. Winnings paid in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by a9play.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a9play platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds: use of automated betting software, bots, or algorithms; exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or display errors; collusion with other players or dealers; any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to a9play's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
